We can set up an agreed regular maintenance service schedule based on your coffee volume, your type of machine, the size of your grinder and the quality of your water.
Following each service your service technician will recommend a date for the next service and update the schedule with our service manager.
In the event that we cannot carry out the service or repairs to your coffee machine on site, each service van carries an emergency coffee machine that can be installed in your café to get you up and running again in the minimum of delay. Your machine will be sent to the service centre for repairs and returned back to you in excellent working order.
We will service your commercial coffee machine on site in your café wherever possible. We are sensitive to not interfering with your busy times and can book service appointments to fit in with your requirements. Domestic coffee machines can be dropped off at our showroom or service centre.
Our Osborne Park service centre in Hector Street is well-equipped to carry out regular maintenance services as well as complicated repairs on both domestic and commercial coffee machines.
We carry an extensive range of spare parts at our Osborne Park service centre, which means that we can get your machine up and running again fairly quickly.
Our service technicians are well qualified and experienced in servicing commercial and domestic coffee machines. Each service plan is well equipped with tools, testing equipment and spare parts so that we can complete your service with a minimum of downtime to your café.
