Richard comes to Bonissimo with an in-depth knowledge of import and export trade having worked for 18 years in the textile trade. Richard is responsible for day to day production operations, administration and most importantly the negotiation and acquisition of green coffee beans and other supplies.
Patrick has experience in retail and business to business sales and has owned and operated his own café. Patrick joined Bonissimo in 2012 and has been successful in developing a large customer base. He has earned a reputation for providing excellent service and is well known for his warm and friendly smile.
Michael came to Bonissimo with an extensive and wide experience in food and beverage having worked in sensory research at the University of Otago and later in coffee roasting. He has gained a knowledge of different coffee styles and roasting equipment, having roasted coffee in New Zealand and Sydney prior to joining Bonissimo.
Coming from a background of small business owner in the food industry, Pascal appreciates and understands the needs and priorities of our café customers. Pascal has acquired much knowledge, experience and technical ability, which is delivered to our customers quickly and efficiently with a smile.
Tim organises and co-ordinates coffee machine and equipment services for our café and general customers. Tim’s 8 year experience in stockbroking with a large customer base has given him the organisation and team skills necessary to make sure the service department runs efficiently.
Penny looks after a host of accounting and admin functions including customer and supplier accounts. Her previous experience as a successfull small business owner gives Penny a clear understanding of the needs of our customers and suppliers.
