The best things about the barista course were that questions were encouraged, that is was hands-on and educational and I got great advice on all coffee related topics. Right number of attendees too.

Straight forward and yet relevant and informative. Great hands-on exercises with plenty of assistance and opportunity to re-try. Enthusiastic teacher!

I learned to make a proper coffee and how to make the milk to perfection!

I learned a lot and it corrected false info I received in the past regarding pouring and steaming!

I learned so much, I can apply it to my daily job.

I got to do it myself, not just told what to do!!

Loved it! especially the principles behind the pouring and good technique with milk.
